We want you to feel confident in your gear; if your weightlifting belt or equipment doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be in their original, unused condition with packaging intact to ensure a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Equipment
Securely place the unused gear in its original packaging, ensuring all tags and inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange size within 5-7 business days.
